Four weeks of coming home

how it works

Each week after ceremony: one 1:1 integration call with Joel and a short scored check-in — how you sleep, how you feel, what's moving. Your facilitator sees the trend, not just the last conversation.

Day 49 is not an ending. You're invited into the Tandava alumni circle — monthly online gatherings, and a door that stays open.

"Joel asked what would happen if I didn't have to hold everything together. I couldn't answer. The question has stayed with me for two days."

day 5

"First week of dieta. Easier than I expected. Sleep is different — deeper, more vivid dreams."

joel · thu 10:14Sarah — beautiful reflection yesterday. Bring it to our Thursday call. Nothing to solve, just to hold.
you · thu 11:02Thank you, Joel. I'll be there. Should I keep the same breathwork sequence this week?
joel · thu 11:45Yes — same sequence, and notice where the breath catches. That's information too.
